| Place An Order |
Ordering with GamingFigures.com is so easy:
- Use the websites 'buy' buttons to place items into your basket.
- Go to 'view basket' and check your list, adjust the quantities or remove items as you require.
- When your list is finished, click the 'proceed to checkout' button to process your order.
- Enter all the details requested, along with your delivery and payment options.
- An email is then sent to you and us when you 'confirm & place order'.

| Payment Options |
We can take payment for your goods in any of the following ways:
- Cheque your order is processed once your cheque has cleared.
- Paypal your order is processed when the payment shows in our Paypal account.
- Bank Transfer this usually takes 2-3 days to clear into our account - same day if you also use the Bank of Scotland.
- Postal Order make sure the order is crossed and then your order can be processed immediately.
- Credit/Debit Cards we can take payment over the telephone, or in the store if collecting, but delivery can only be to the cards registered address.

| Our online credit card payment facility is not set up yet, but will be available in the near future, therefore presently we do NOT accept cards online, only by telephone. |
| Delivery Options |
GamingFigures.com cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage encountered via the postal system if you do not take a delivery option
with insurance. We have the following delivery options available:
- 2nd Class - Royal Mail's 2nd class service.
- 1st Class - Royal Mail's 1st class service.
- Standard Parcel Post - Royal Mail's standard parcel service; £36 of insurance cover, up to 20Kg and 3 days to deliver.
- Recorded Delivery - Royal Mail again, but this time you are required to sign for the goods, which ensures you receive them without any
issues. It also means that the contents of your package are insured up to the value of £36.00.
- Courier - This service is now offered by Fastway. The site offers the correct price based on your postcode. We would only expect you to use this on large orders.
- Collection from Stores - If you select this option you will pay for the goods in store when you collect. Only available to customers collecting from our shop in person.
- Airmail - this service is only available on orders under £45 and being sent outside of the UK. Orders weighing over 2kg will be split into separate parcels as this is the per package weight limit for Airmail. This service is insured only up to £36 which is why we do not offer it on large orders any more.
- International Signed For - this service is only available on orders being sent outside of the UK. Orders weighing over 2kg will be split into separate parcels as this is the per package weight limit. This service is insured only up to £36, but it is trackable online.
- International Signed For Insured - this service is only available on orders over £50 and being sent outside of the UK. Orders weighing over 2kg will be split into separate parcels as this is the per package weight limit. This service is insured only up £500 (£250 in some countries, see Royal Mail website for more details), and is trackable online.

| When you go and 'view your basket' you will see the total weight for your order has been calculated. Also there you will see
the delivery options avaiable to you for your weight and size of order. GamingFigures.com does not hide anything within its delivery charges
(check Royal Mail's
website to confirm). However, we do have a standard packaging fee of 40p to cover the cost of the packaging and extra weight of the
packaging. So with our massive discounts, combined with our realistic postage and packaging costs, we will be able to compete with
any other retailer, ebay seller or whoever, that are selling GW models online. |
