| Do you stock any Forgeworld products? |
| No, sorry! At this moment in time Forgeworld does not offer its products to Independent retailers. |

| How long will my order take to be delivered? |
| Providing ALL your order is in stock, it should take no longer than 1-3 working days (depending on postage option you chose). Please
bear in mind working days are Monday to Friday (excluding Bank/Public Holidays). |

| What postage methods do you offer? |
| We offer 1st Class, 2nd Class, 1st Class Recorded or Courier delivery (up to 10kg, next working day). |

| Can I collect my order from the store? |
| Yes, by all means if you wish to pick up your order, please contact your nearest store (Redcar or Normanby) and arrange a time to collect it. |

| Gamingfigures.com only stocks box sets and blisters at this current moment in time.

| As we are primarily an online store, we don’t have huge overheads so we can pass on all the savings to our customers. |

| Yes. We can advance order items for you, but please bear in mind we cannot release them to you until the official release date. |
